The Hazard!
When the device (AERO2032) is plugged into 3 phase power, the second exposed 3 phase lead can become live if not plugged into one of the unused 3 phase sockets.
There is a potential electrical shock hazard.
What to do...
Stop using the device (AERO2032) and return it to the place of purchase for a modification to the product.
All costs associated with sending and then recieving it will paid for.
