The Hazard!
Some ball bearings could be missing from bearing in Top Hook Assembly, which could cause the top hook to dislodge while load is suspended.
If the hook detaches and the load falls there is the risk of crushing or causing serious injury to people nearby.
What to do...
Stop using the product and check the batch number on the ID Plate against the list of affected batch numbers.

If the lever block is from one of the affected batches, take the product to SAECOWILSON for a refund or replacement.
