The Hazard!
The chest clip may release small parts during use which may pose a choking hazard.
The infant car seat can continue to be used safely by removing the chest clip or by continued monitoring of the centre tab of the chest clip for signs of breakage.
What to do...
Stop using your B-Safe infant car seat with the Chest Clip.
If you own a B-Safe car seat then contact Britax to arrange a free remedy kit.
If your product was hired then contact the hire company for the fix.
