There is a risk of suffocation if infants roll from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained. Infant fatalities have occurred in Rock ‘n Play Sleepers in the United States, after the infants rolled from their back to their stomach or side while unrestrained.
What to do...
Stop using your Rock'n'Play Sleeper immediately and store it out of reach of children. Contact Mattel to organise a refund, Mattel will send you a postage-paid envelope with instructions to send the "hubs", which are attached to the "legs", back to Mattel.
