The Cartridges which are used in conjunction with half face and full face respirators to protect against many hazardous gases, vapours and particulates.

The Hazard!
Possible exposure to potentially harmful particulates.
Honeywell has determined that some of these cartridges do not meet Honeywell’s high quality standards and also may not meet applicable regulatory standards.
The issue means some end users may not be afforded the expected and required level of protection from the cartridges and thus could be exposed to potentially harmful particulates. Honeywell is not aware of any safety incidents related these previously produced cartridges.

Honeywell will replace any cartridges impacted by this notice. Consumers can return the product to the place of purchase or to Honeywell for a replacement.
