The Hazard!
The sleeping bags do not comply with the fire hazard labelling requirements of the Product Safety Standards (Children’s Nightwear and Limited Daywear Having Reduced Fire Hazard) Regulation 2016:
There is no required 'High Fire Danger' label in neck of garment.
Parents may not be aware of the fire risk when the garment is exposed to a heat source.
What to do...
Return the garment to the retailer where it was purchased for either, the correct fire danger label to be sewn in or for a refund.
