The Hazard!
The ATVs have a heat shield that may not adequately shield exhaust gasses in the event of an exhaust silencer crack.
If the exhaust silencer cracks, the heat shield may not adequately shield exhaust gasses, which could lead to melting of nearby components and pose a fire and/or burn hazard.
What to do...
