Stout Cranks sold on 2018 Specialized Fuse Comp bicycles

Stout Cranks originally equipped on certain Model Year 2018 Specialized Fuse Comp bicycle models. Potentially affected cranks have “STOUT” written on either crankarm and are equipped with a direct-mount chainring exactly as shown in the picture above.
The Hazard!
On affected bicycles there is a risk of injury if the driveside crankarm disengages while riding.
What to do...
Stop using the potentially affected cranks and take your bicycle to the nearest Authorized Specialized Retailer for an inspection.
If your cranks are affected, your Retailer will install a new replacement driveside crankarm at no cost.
