The Hazard!
Possible loosening over time of the rear locking nut.
If the rear locking nut becomes loose, the coupling body and trailer could become detached.
What to do...
If you have one of the affected couplings you should contact Trailquip to orgainise for a replacement coupling.
Your coupling is safe to use to move the trailer to a repair location once you have checked that the large rear locking nut is tight on the coupling shaft and flush with the end of the shaft as shown in the second image.
