The Hazard!
The lifejackets may have had the canister removed and without the canister the lifejacket will not inflate when the toggle is pulled.
In an emergency situation where you enter the water the lifejackets will not provide the required flotation.
Note: The risks are less likely if owners know how to use the backup oral inflation tube that can help to inflate the lifejacket.
What to do...
Return your lifejacket to the place of purchase for a replacement.
Always complete the pre-wear check before using your Yamaha lifejacket - including checking and confirming the canister is attached.
